State Election Integrity Scorecard

This scorecard ranks each state by looking at the way they handle three important areas:
(1) voter identification
(2) absentee/mail-in ballots
(3) absentee ballot verification.
Their combined performance in these areas is used to give us an overall Election Integrity Rating (EIR) for the state.
