I'd like to see him asked to talk about other times a suspect had clearly broken laws but the DOJ decided not to prosecute on the basis that the suspect would appear sympathetic to a jury.
The reality is that Hur is not wrong. Biden could eat the arm off of a baby live on air during a national address and a DC jury would not convict him, but he should absolutely be wrung through the legal ringer of a trial like any other American would.
Also, why does is the fact that he cooperated better than Trump used as justification for Trump's prosecution and him getting off matter? It screams bias. The law should apply equally no matter how much of a pain in the arse you are.
