Does Dominion offer the “fractional tabulation” feature on its machines? A simple yes or no will do.
Do you know why they offer that?

Texas refused to do business with Dominion bc they couldn’t demonstrate that their machines were secure.

Do your have a link to a reputable source for that?

The only evaluation of these machines showed that they did, in fact - deliver flawed results.

Which evaluation? How were the results "flawed"?

How about a link?

If so, then on that singular aspect alone, their product should be disqualified imho.
Fractional tabulation is offered so that votes can be properly tabulated in states that have ranked voting.

Since you are such an expert on Dominion machines I'm surprised you didn't know that.

Maybe you're just a fake expert.

Ranked voting isn’t allowed in Louisiana and for that matter probably violates the equal protection voting principle of one man one vote.

Just so you’re aware, Dr. Coomer, your fricking Frankenstein machine is unconstitutional.

Dumbass Tex then responds to their own post:

you're a stupid a-hole who thinks that asking a rhetorical question ends the discussion.

you're also a dumbass who thinks (like many of the uninformed on here) that the fact that Dominion has fractional tabulation is some sort of gotcha.

And, I didn't have to look it up now, although I did have to look up fractional tabulation a few years ago when it became a topic of discussion for those interested in politics who don't have their head up their asses.

the only reason you have even a passing interest in it now is that it is useful in promoting disinformation in a sad effort to prop up a flawed and failed would-be autocrat.

I remember not too long ago yokels like you laughing about Dominion threatening to file defamation suits against the loonies who accused them of stealing votes for Biden. You know, how Dominion wouldn't file suit because that would open them up to discovery and inspection of their machines.

Gee, how's that little theory working for you now, cluck.

I just used 3 different search engines and typed "why do voting machines do fractional voting"

i admit I skimmed the millions or search results, but not a single one I read could explain why it was ok to count votes at different ratios

can you please explain how this applies to any election so I may understand why this is ok?

I am ignorant on the subject so I am all ears for learning. tia
