And to think there are people out there that want this to be the permanent "new normal". Just shows that they always lived this dormant life with no aspirations or goals

To be fair we were pretty close to electing a meth head who likes male prostitutes as governor. If Gillum was in this whole thing would look different and Biden probably would have won Florida too.

Governmentally maybe. Where I live ain’t nobody studdin’ this mask BS. 95% of whites aren’t wearing them anywhere and probably a majority of blacks aren’t. I assume it’s like that in most rural areas.

Common sense from Florida. Except for Disney. They will continue this shite for years. I heard they kicked out an entire school cheer team and parents for not wearing masks at a competition this last weekend.

I don't have my finger completely on the pulse of Florida state politics, but from an outside perspective that whole scenario seemed to be good wake up call to people there.
Is there no truth to that?
