Knows stealing is wrong ... but doesn't think she should be held accountable. Been caught before and still does it. Been trespassed before and still shows back up. Summary ... doesn't give a frick.

Someone please tell me what value these people are to society? I seriously cannot comprehend why we tolerate it. Can it even be fixed without extermination? I use that word because if termites invade your house, you exterminate to save the house. What's the difference? These people are basically destroying civilized society.
