SS started under FD Roosevelt. This Boomer paid in for years and now has taken out for years just like you will. GW Bush tried to allow privatization and investment of parts of the SS tax. Democrats demagogued it saying he was going to take money from old people. In fact it showed republicans pushing granny over a cliff in political advertisement. No political party will do anything about SS. If I were you I focus my hatred on politicians.
