So What Will be Today's Big Story and When Will it Break?

Anyone got any guesses? GatewayPundit claimed late last night that something big and shocking would break this morning. They kinda shot themselves in the foot as it is now no longer "morning", but I digress. Something is coming today at some point. The ACB confirmation may be a bigger deal in the grand scheme of things than Trump winning reelection.
They're gonna throw something out there at some point that will give them ammunition to scream at the Senate to hold off on confirming ACB.
Did Hunter Biden OD last night? Is ACB some sort of serial sexual predator (

My guess is Hunter Biden.

No doubt. I do believe something is coming though. I feel like the ACB hearing is gonna be a line in the sand for the left. They know they aren't gonna win the election, and even if they did they likely wouldn't actually be able to pack the court.
Republicans about to take a 6-3 majority on the court for the next 20-30 years.
They've got something planned.

You mean 5-4, right? I'll be absolutely shocked if Robert's doesn't more formally drift firmly left after Barrett is seated. Not Kagen or Wise Latina left, but far enough left that he will be very dependable for the liberal agenda.

I agree this should he a huge story, but considering that the last few days now have been one HB revelation after another I don't see this one moving the needle into the "shocking" realm.

Yeah, Roberts is a fig, but with a little luck he will be the next to step down. Trump has said that the next POTUS will get a couple more picks too. Any way they cut it the GOP is poised to take a decisive majority on SCOTUS in the near future.

i think it will be "bigger" for chinese more than american audiences..
supposedly on the laptop there are "many" underage girls...mostly chinese.
mostly between 7-12 yrs old.
"big story" in that instead of protecting these poor and vulnerable girls.. the CCP served them up to their "best friend and business partner", hunter biden.

Actually, I think the tide is turning on this stuff. #1 google search trend the other day was related to changing votes. And here's the anonymous "campaign worker" who took to the chans last night to share their view from "inside the campaign."

Well, technically they'll have a 6-3 majority after today, but yes, I take your point.
However, I also wonder if once ACB is confirmed, and the Republicans hold a 6-3 majority if John Roberts might actually do the opposite of what we expect. He may, instead imo, move back to the right. I mean, what would be the point of siding with Dems when his vote won't make any difference anyways? Plus, he's gotta be thinking that he is under the gun with his adoption issues. I wouldn't be surprised to see him begin moving back to the right.
Time will tell though, and either way I don't think Roberts has much longer on the bench.
