If it is legal and done probably it’s still not over. Next people will say just because it’s legal it doesn’t make it the right thing to do. It will be in the news off and on for months.

Seen enough lawyer shows and movies that juries don’t always interpret the law the same way lawyers do.

If it is found to be illegal it’s one Trump’s appointed JAG officers who made the mistake. To make it the lawyers fault would make Trump or Hegseth look bad for appointing someone not capable of doing the job.

The JAG officer in the SIT room is not a Navy officer trained in rules of engagement for 20+ years. It’s an appointed lawyer

The Deep State/IC/MIC never wanted Hegseth to be appointed... or Trump to be President... And the DNC's whole identity is "Trump is Hitler." They have made it their mission to get rid of Hegseth. He was the only person in the Trump admin that has had more negative media coverage than Trump. At one point, 100% of the coverage of him was negative.

That's how I know the right man is in on the job.

You ignoramous.

You have it backwards. The JAG is the one trained on ROE/law of war for 20 years which is why the Navy commander turned to him before giving the thumbs up on the re-attack.

The JAG had no legal objection because the re-attack wasn’t illegal in this case.
