IF and that’s a big IF; how he would even be considered for law school fails me.

He said he clerked for a federal judge.

All of the clerks I have known went to law school.

I think he was just trying to say I didn't. If he said that he clerked for a federal judge...oh my. There is zero chance he is a practicing attorney. I can say that with confidence. There have been three or four different instances where he just flat out misses simple concepts completely.

Don't get me wrong, there are some slow attorneys out there. I have yet to meet one, though, that seems to have such a limited capacity.

Gotcha. There are stupid attorneys out there. At least, I can sleep well knowing there isn’t one more!

Carry on

Has anyone mentioned the fact that the US Attorney's Manual has guidelines for this sort of thing? In a nutshell it says respecting privacy of those who are not parties to the matter before the court is a primary concern and should be protected.

Yes because the FBI has been reading the emails for months. They "leaked" that data to CNN and NYTs.

The US attorney was manual also states that an FBI investigation is not a proceeding as required for obstruction of justice. In a political witch hunt the rules are more like guidelines.
