When I taught math during my last career stop, a 'black student club' was formed by a teacher's assistant in our school. I noticed the pictures posted on the walls during February black history month, and along with a few historical giants like Fredrick Douglass, there was no mention of any current black conservative figure like Clarance Thomas or Sowell, etc. I asked a few of my students about Douglas, and Sowell, etc - and they knew absolutely nothing - never heard of them. What they did know about was rappers and basketball players, etc. I was staying late at school one day and as I left for home the black student club was having a meeting in a classroom nearby. As I walked by they were practicing twerking! I reported that the next day to the principal who just shrugged his shoulders.

I sneer when I hear 'progressives' whine about blacks being 'disrespected' and 'targeted' and 'hunted down in the streets by police.' THEY are the racists.

Conservatives follow the dream of Martin Luther King - treat people by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin.
