So, documents kept in a building protected by the Secret Service weren't safe?

This entire "raid" stinks to high heaven.

The Democrats filled with Trump Derangement Syndrome continue to crap out every time they try to get Trump.

No doubt, they will fail again.

What is hilarious is that Team Trump watched the raid from NYC because the cameras were not turned off as requested by the F.B.I.

This play will have several acts to it. Act I is still ongoing.

There's a frickin SCIF and a bomb shelter inside Mar-A-Lago. It used to serve as the winter time White House. There is nothing about that place "unsafe." And yes, it's all bullshite.

Probably a whole lot safer than a unsecured server at Hillary's house.

Unless that server was in her bedroom...Even Bill won't go in there.

If there were TS documents in the house, there are rules as to how that information is stored. Secret service or not, if it is not stored to specification it’s a violation and considered unsecured.

quote:

There's a frickin SCIF

If that is the case, then it’s need to know. I find it hard to believe they can prove a former president didn’t have a need to know at the time of classification. I also find it hard to believe that they can positively prove chain of custody (there should be a log) that would show the documents were stored post a need to know.

If there is a SCIF, and the log shows that the documents were stored during the former president’s tenure, the most they could ever hope for would be a minor violation, and that would probably fall on the head of some poor schmuck, not Trump.

HRC had an insecure, illegal server FFS.

I'm obviously not an expert on this shite, but if I had to guess I would say the SCIF is the area they weren't supposed to search but did anyways. I doubt a judge is going to give some random FBI agents access to a POTUS' SCIF.

I also saw someone wondering why a warrant would exclude some areas of a property. That's why.
