“Feticide” is indeed a statutory criminal offense in pretty much every state. And in most states the term “viable” is used in the determination of whether the criminal statute applies or not. 20 - 22 weeks is where most states center around in that determination.

No dummy. You are trying to use the tax code as proof babies aren’t babies. Yet the criminal code provides for penalties for the same. Science unequivocally says they are humans. So you deny science and default to the tax code.

This is simple. You're trying to overcomplicate the issue.
If an unborn zygote were regarded as a person legally, they should have the same rights as anyone else. They don't. There would be no exceptions for rape or incest. If you think they are treated equally, make your claim and back it up.
