The basis for dismissal was his improper appointment I thought. How does this address that in any manner?

With all of the illegal votes found does any of their case have merit still?

They wouldn't be doing this if Kamala was really winning

You’re thinking of the classified documents case in Florida where the district judge went totally off the rails and will be slapped down by the 11th Circuit.

Did you even read the tweet?

The alleged charges remain the same - Smith removes allegations covered under Executive privilege, such as efforts to influence the Justice Department.

That was Florida
This is DC, where Jack Smith is legally appointed, per DC Court of Appeals precedent.

This is rather benign. He removed the clear allegations that the recent USSC made improper under Presidential immunity.
He didn't add any new charges or change the substance other than to follow the USSC ruling.

I'm about to believe the only way to stop this lawfare is to start disbarring lawyers.

Until the COA split and the SCOTUS reviews.

Isn't Smith the guy who was deemed to be illegally appointed as Special Prosecutor? Since he's not a legitimate prosecutor, can't Trump tell him to go pound sand? Shouldn't the court tell him to go pound sand as well?

Tell Me Trump has risen above cheating numbers in his lead without telling me

They are absolutely going to imprison Trump if he loses. No doubt in my mind they will lock him up forever.
Hell they still might do it before the election if they are desperate enough.

I stand to win big if they do. Even if it’s only 48hours.
Lose a little if they don’t and rejoice In his Victory

Nothing but smoke at this point. Everyone knows Trump is innocent of all of this lawfare nonsense being held against him.

Executive privilege =/= immunity.
That said, this was expected. Now Trump's lawyers will tee up the same constitutional challenge to Smith's appointment and spending and the judge will dutifully follow DCCCA and it's off to the Supremes again.
Of course, Trump will just fire him and every fricking AUSA on 1/20/25 so it will be all good.

I hope Trump goes scorched earth on these evil pos people. I'm sure they are all scared to death of that right now and grasping at straws. These are some of the most mentally ill low scum people in the world. That's what you Dems have going for you. You should be proud. But, most of you have those crazy insane eyes just like these judges.
