These threads are better ignored by the way.

You are right.

That's part of me not responding to dishonesty. Scruffy told me to be better a few months ago and he was right.

2 more to go.

How many hoops do you jump thru in a typical day?

Tell you what, though. If I lived in LC I might actually consider hiring you. You're so completely full of shite that you just might be a "decent" lawyer. You know, it's kind of like an MLB player choosing an agent. The biggest jerks, like Scott Boras, get the best contracts for their clients.

that SFP has been accused of, and has denied, having said that there was no wire tapping
he said there was no wiretapping of Republican legislators so everything there was just fine

President Trump securing the border is an irrelevant topic for discussion? Do you live in a cave?

if you don't like that word then what was done to Rosen in your own words? Surely that's an easy question.

Obama didn’t physically plant the wires or spy so you have no case

That would be really stupid. 1, he sucks in every way and is transparently dishonest. 2, he has half a million posts on an Internet message board. If it's true at all that he is even a practicing attorney (I highly doubt it), there is no chance he is even remotely good at his job because he spends all day every day posting here.

I was being facetious. Just making the point that this dude would never let factors like truth, honesty, morality, or integrity preclude him from fighting for a client.

A lie

What I actually said

quote:

And my larger point was that we need to strip policing/prosecuting bodies of this scale of power, especially pre-indictment. Permitting any grand jury, police investigation, or, hell, Congressional investigation to just issue infinite subpoenas is giving the government WAY too much power.

and again

quote:

If the Senators have a sincere concern about the scope of grand jury subpoena powers they should adopt my policy position of stripping the power considerably. They are the ones who can do so.

I'll await THAT letter.

Yeah, he's a "lawyer" in the same vein as Hillary Clinton, if anything.

was it perfectly fine? Let's see:

Normal people get subpoenas against them like this everyday

Exposing you as a congenital liar and hypocrite requires almost zero effort. Tell us again about Trump being convicted of rape. That's my favorite

Oh so you're being pedantic?

Yeah, they weren't wiretapped, specifically, I don't think. At least no evidence has been provided to support that claim.

They had records subpoenaed, yes, but that's not "wiretapping".

So you disagree with me about the wiretapping? Any evidence to support that?

Or do you agree with me on that?

I posted basically your exact words and you called me a liar so im not particularly inclined to engage in good faith with someone as dishonest as you.
