Inflation before tariffs
1. Correlation does not equal causation. But you knew that already, didn't you?
2. Inflation is caused by numerous things. But you knew that already, didn't you?
3. Trump inherited a horrific economy and has shown signs of reversing the trends. But you knew that already, didn't you?
4. Even if the tariffs were directly responsible, this wouldn't even be news or unexpected, now would it? It's still the right course of action.
Say you were dropped on your head. I'll buy that

Leftist.
Anti free market bullshite
While we're debating "muh free market," China just gained more control over our economy and country.

Both have huge support from Bernie Sanders and are leftist policies
You can't. It's emotional, false equivocation

Youre retarded. We are winning via trade.
When you grow up you'll understand why.

I did,
Trump has proposed price controls, trade wars, and public ownership of corporations in his first months.
He's in Bernie Sanders territory, slick.

We dont.
Youre welcome for the information.
Your perception is based on emotion, not fact.

Here's where we are
1. You can't provide a quote of Trump saying he's using the tariffs to have govt take over private industry. It's just emotional whining
2. You are factually incorrect about steel
"Massive overcapacity driven by subsidies and other anti-competitive policies can only be disposed of by these producers flooding U.S. and other markets with exports, posing material harm to U.S. steel producers and risking the U.S. industry’s ability to maintain operations, grow, and invest in areas essential to national defense, critical infrastructure, and broader economic welfare."
3. You won't address pharma, tech, metals, etc.
4. You can't prove tariffs are causing an alleged increase in inflation
5. You can't prove that an alleged increase in inflation isn't more the result of 4 years of Biden administration's policies as opposed to a mere 9 months of Trump's policies.
6. You haven't acknowledged that the tariffs have resulted in repatriation of production
7. You haven't provided any solutions to the manufacturing crisis
8. Tariffs, simpliciter, are not "left" or "socialist" or "command economy"
9. You think we can simply "not have enemies"
You need to resign

Never said he was idiot. Youre illiterate.
He;'s using federal money to take over private industry. He's just stealing his tariffs from the working class.

quote:You have said just that multiple times. You cited the govt buying tech stock, which has nothing to do with tariffs. You said tariffs are "left" which is false. Now you're saying the opposite. Make up your mind
