I watched the entire hearing.
The ranking member Lee, he opening statement called Gaines a bigot and homophobic. So Gaines in her return said if I’m a bigot then you’re a misogynist. Proceeding went on for a few more minutes then ms Lee decided to do a point of order for “personal attack” like a pos that she is. After discussing, she withdrew the point of order.

She had to take a minute and gooble the word misogynist, that's why it took her so long to call a point of order.
