How. Only if RBGs seat comes open.
And I guess Thomas retires.
Besides that what will happen?

They’re far from getting the 2/3 Senate majority required for that kind of shenanigan.

It is only a Senate rule, It isn't a constitutional requirement.

Simple majority is all it takes if the majority wishes it to be so. All the majority has to do is to change the rule.

Tradition was broken when Harry Reid first broke it.
Now Mitch has further broken it.

Don't be surprised when the Democrats gain the Senate if they don't further demolish the rules.

Within the next 20 years there will not be any 60 vote rules for cloture, on anything.

Not on legislation either.

there are 135 current vacancies on the Federal bench. All these need to be filed by Trump ASAP.

Trump has appointed 84 judges in less than two years. Obama appointed an average of 41 judges per year. So if you think Obama, Bush and Clinton packed judges than Trump is is well on his way and has the senate to continue.

if Trumo gets to replace RGB, possibly Beyer, and Thomas with a total of four to five judges under Trump would not be stacking. Replacing Kennedy with Kavanaugh was not a good add?
