You're wrong.

The judicial branch of the federal government is superior to both the executive branch and the legislative branch.

It's the only branch that has a lifetime term in office and never has to face voters to stay in power. Ever. As in NEVER.

The only way to remove them is via impeachment by a majority vote of the House of Representatives and conviction by a 2/3 vote of the Senate, and that is too difficult to achieve.

That's a major error the constitution's writers made.

All judges should have to face reappointment to stay in power every 10-12 years or so. And they should also have a mandatory retirement age of around 75, give or take a few years.....

Except they can be disqualified medically now as well, there will be no trans members making it in IMO.
