I wouldn't be surprised if it happend in LA or SF. Mass population areas with lax surveillance
... and those cities will roll out the red carpet for them, give them money, healthcare, food, phones, etc... Literally the Snake poem that Trump used to recite. I wouldn't lose a wink of sleep

I agree. Same with my "small town". But it likely won't be like that. IF the Dems win in '24, the Marxist will begin with stopping free speech, on sites such as this. Then they will systematically begin going after those who they are as their biggest threats.
It won't be an obvious full on attack. If they get the CBDC passed, that will be another way they will attack opposition.

Yeah, I probly did skim past it earlier. Sorry about that.
I can't say that I blame you for your opinions and how you feel about things today.
Just for myself, I would not sign up to defend today's government. Today, right now... The only way I would sign up is if the shots started firing in the culture war, or started firing in a civil war. And I wouldn't be signing up for any service to the blue team.
If my state made the call for action against the progressives, or the illegals, I'll be right there. If some kind of attack happens, I'll be there.
But some of my neighbors, and some of the people who live around here?
Hmmm. How to say it. Perhaps... They're not my problem, and on their own. If they become my problem they shouldn't run across my line of fire.

It's not horrible sounding. It's being truthful.
Granted yes, I have a soft spot for kids being harmed. But coming from a background where people get hurt on a daily basis, I really don't care if somebody across the country gets stabbed or shot. I don't know them. They have no impact on my life.
And my life never taught me that we are all humans, and we should all care about what happens to each other. My life has taught me the opposite. That people are capable of doing nasty, horrible things to each other. And the world is not a nice place.
If it's done by somebody that isn't even supposed to be here, and isn't here legally... Yeah, I get pissed. Mad that they're still here. Or were even here in the first place.
