Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced Friday he’s implementing a zero tolerance policy for undocumented immigrants crossing the southwest border.

Sessions notified all federal prosecutors along that part of the border of the new policy in a memo Friday and directed them to make prosecuting criminal immigration offenses a priority.

He also directed prosecutors to work with the Department of Homeland Security to develop guidelines for prosecuting offenses under immigration law.
“To those who wish to challenge the Trump Administration’s commitment to public safety, national security, and the rule of law, I warn you: illegally entering this country will not be rewarded, but will instead be met with the full prosecutorial powers of the Department of Justice," he said in a statement.

The Department of Justice said the new policy is in response to the a report from the Department of Homeland Security that showed a 203 percent increase in illegal border crossings from March 2017 to March 2018 and a 37 percent increase from February 2018 to March 2018 — the largest month-to-month increase since 2011.

“The situation at our Southwest Border is unacceptable,” Sessions said in the statement. LINK

If you're caught, you're banned from the US for 20 years. Why all this give and take of leniency? If you want the border closed, they'll think twice about illegal entry (or re-entry)

The good news is he can't violate the rights of someone who legally has none.

This is great. It would have been better had GWB not been another globalist shill and done anything to secure our border 17 years ago.

Now get the military to set up some portable shelters and move the judges as close as possible. Now serving number 54.

I dont have a problem with him enforcing the law. I do have a problem with him dictating to congress which laws he wants passed (like MJ legalization or prohibitions on asset forfeiture).

He was informed that some immigrants may be trafficking in the devil's weed.

So again, how does giving his opinion to congress violate your rights?
