Just read an article on Gateway Pundit. There are currently 10 Republican Senators who have yet to commit to voting for Kavanaugh. Among the 10 are both Louisiana Senators Cassidy and Kennedy. Corker from TN. Lankford from Oklahoma. Moran from Kansas. Enzi from Wyoming. Sasse from NE. And the usual Collins, Flake, and Murkowski.
Good to know. Several on your list that I have not contacted - will do right now.
Come on folks, let's get this done. LOL I heard a thunderous applause in my head as I typed that!

Here's my message. Edit it as you please:
The Senate needs to implement a Rule which forbids accusations from being presented before the Senate for any confirmations. The Senate must demand that a police Report be filed, and the proper police who have jurisdiction on the event do their due diligence. Once the police investigation has concluded, then the information obtained during their investigation can be considered. If an event is under investigation, but the event occurred more than 10 years ago, then it will not be considered at all unless the investigation is already completed. If the event happened less than 10 years prior to the start of the confirmation process, then the Senate Committee can choose to wait for the police investigation to conclude or vote.
No suppressed memory accusations should be considered at all until the psychologists can prove a higher accuracy rate of truthfulness.
The democrats are parading unprovable accusations towards Judge BK. This is making a mockery of our constitution. The acts of this committee is an insult to the founding fathers of our country, and to every person who truly desires the truth. Trump was elected because we are fed up with the tactics of the democrats and the lukewarm spineless republicans. Both sides are making it impossible to vote republican or democrat. I have to vote for republicans holding my nose because not one democrat in DC can be trusted, and the stench of the democrats is far worse.
I am sorry Mrs Ford believes she was assaulted the way she described. Since all 4 "witnesses" say they don't remember any event as she has described, it tells me that Mrs Ford's therapist has misled her to believe an event happened with certain people. If this event did happen, then different people were there. Her therapist needs to help her discover who were the real people involved, so she can move on and stop blaming the wrong people.
Falsely accusing a person is one of the greatest injustices. Your committee should not allow a forum for others to falsely accuse anyone, and that is what you have done. I am deeply insulted by your actions regarding the way you have handled this issue. Shame on you and Diane Feinstein. Her actions should have lead to her removal from the committee. You have bent over backwards to let a person submit false accusations in person regarding a nominee to the Supreme Court. Judge K deserves to be confirmed now. Present the new rules Monday.
