So we have judges who think they are the executive branch

And we have legislators who think they are the judicial branch

This is why people hate the left.

Ruling goes against them? “Not the final say.”

Ruling goes their way? “Issue is permanently settled.”

Is there a difference in Trumps rhetoric?

Sounds like endangering our democracy to me. Possibly a little insurrection too. And perhaps just a dash of Nazi dog whistle disguised as divisive rhetoric.

You know Sherriff Joe lost civil and criminal cases in Arizona, for racial profiling. Cost the taxpayers of Phoenix 270 million plus in settlements and arrests. Trump had to pardon him to keep him out of prison. The interpretation of these laws have changed.

If the president doesn’t have the final say, and the Supreme Court doesn’t have the final say, who the hell is in charge?

Wrong. Lawfare is changing the statute of limitations to go after a single person. Then prosecuting that person in front of a biased jury and court for common businesses practices. Making sure our cities are not war zones is very different.
