LOL. It was Trump and Trump alone who proposed it during his campaign. Not one Dim candidate proposed it during theirs.
Dims trying to take credit now I see. The only reason the Dims supported this in Senate is to try and pimp to their constituents they were all about helping them. No, they did it solely to try and salvage any future votes - not because they care about the little people.

I won’t argue that hookers and strippers rake in more dollars at a place. Most big money service industry jobs that aren’t in the sex industry have some sort of pooling system. Rarely do you a tip a person that gets to keep all of it.
