Fraud in this country is most likely unfathomably worse than any of us even imagine.

Strong feeling that the fraud - NGOs, military grift, Catholics herding people North from Honduras, Somali invasion, duh homeless - is the exact same cost as the annual deficit.
If DC - both parties - wanted to, they could balance the budget.
