Serious question. What makes a person qualified to run a government agency? I mean I was a Colonel in the Army, i was a military cop, I commanded over 2500 military cops at one time. I could run the damn VA. I mean you have assistants to do the day to day, you basically just do oversight. Do you not think a Navy Rear Admiral would be qualified to do so?
