I told you, on a local highway, in North st.louis, there was an actual billboard telling you to contact the person on billboard to get ppploans, he will help create your own business for the loans.. I'm sure this shite was in every hood, on a billboard.

the ones creating the loans aint going to jail, the shite bags who cashed those checks going to jail. wonk wonk
