No, I'm pointing out the fact that even though people happen to use the same term in differing contexts doesn't mean they're using the same concepts.
The term "cell" means one thing in a biological context and something entirely different (although related by analogy) in a criminal justice context.
You may remember Hillary Clinton making a joke about this very phenomenon when she was avoiding the prosecution she so richly deserved for mishandling classified material by implying that she never "wiped" her computer with a cloth.
So no, idiot, I'm not drifting at all. I'm actually bringing us back to the real world instead of the smoke and mirrors you seem to genuinely hope you can use to try to confuse someone.
Again, if you want to claim that gender and sex have nothing to do with each other, it's not necessary to play word games.
But then tell me why biological men who want to be women feel the need to change their secondary sex characteristics with dangerous hormone therapy and surgery? Why can't they just adopt a female gender exactly as they already are?

I'm so thankful for living in these Appalachian mountains where our culture, core beliefs, and school board would suspend and fire this teacher for teaching such a falsehood. What would happen to this teacher if he taught that the earth is flat? These are the same idiots that constantly preached "follow the science" during Covid. They don't really believe in "following the science" when it doesn't support their narrative.
