Yes, I'm aware courts are wrong about this.


So a Mexican citizen travelling across the US to get to Canda would not be subject to US jurisdiction while in the US?

Breaking the law does not give your children the ability to benefit from your crime. Simply being here, and subject to our laws, does not give your children citizenship.

I agree... politically. Unfortunately for us, the law, both by most people's understanding, and now, by multiple separate and independent rulings from distinct versions of the USSC, disagrees.
