Nah, they’ll hand him another loss. Giving the executive branch the power to cancel debt on a massive scale with the stroke of a pen is a dangerous thing.
This country needs a diet. 100 years ago, what taxes were collected? Now list them. The money you make off your labor is taxed, the property you own that you paid for AFTER being taxed, is taxed. The items you buy are taxed. the hotel you stay in adds tax. You are even taxed when you die!

It's an overreach of the executive branch.
That alone SHOULD merit a 9-0 ruling.
But, we'll see the political glasses being worn by these justices.
This all day. Forgiving student loans is for all practical purposes "spending money" which falls under the legislative branch, not the executive. IMHO it will be 6-3, with the 3 highly political liberal judges voting yes. We shall see.
