Clarence - I assume you are relying on autonomy Death lady - yes Clarence- after Casey we had a SC case where lady convicted of child neglect bc she ingested cocaine post viability. If she has done so before viability would state be able to intervene? Death lady - struggling with answering this. Clarence - basically asking if woman has bodily autonomy in ingesting substance pre viability. Death Lady - avoiding questions

Just tuned in. thanks. BTW sidenote: these oral arguments are why I always was against the RBG dead for a while before she died claims. She was in all standard oral arguments whether sensationalized cases-- or not. There is no faking when a Justice dies.

Is that Roberts talking now?

Death lady saying that 15 Wks is not a bright line but viability is

Breyer or Roberts (can’t tell which) saying that 15 wks is used in other countries.

Agent of Death says that limiting abortion will limit the woman's lifestyle. I thought 99% of abortions were to save the woman's life!

i know what she's means, but she's taking for granted that there is a quantifiable definition of "equal" between men and women.

ACB just made a vaccine crack with regard to bodily autonomy. Slipped it in.

It should. Pregnancy is a BFD and SHOULD limit a woman's lifestyle, by definition of what's being undertaken in the woman's body as an environment for creating another human being.

This is why I am mystified that the responsibility/consequences argument is just glossed over.

Let's not kid anyone - with obvious criminal exceptions, the woman is almost the sole determiner as to whether or not she's having sex that night. That means she is choosing whether or not to engage in activity that may or may not result in her becoming pregnant.

So what’s the consensus here? What is going to come of this?

I saw Erick Erickson, not my favorite guy in the world, say that the Court will leave space for laws like Mississippi to a limited extent, but decline to overturn Roe, and both sides will claim the fight is lost and fundraise.

this. every time a woman has consensual sex, she is de facto consenting to host another human being in utero for 9 months. people need to take some responsibility.

I don't understand why liberals/communists want to kill little kids so badly? It's really warped.
