I don't think any of y'all are actually reading the thread before posting.

It is interesting as to why atheist get bent out of shape over ones believe in God. If they truly don't believe in God (I think they really do, they just don't want to), then why do they care?
It should make no difference to them. Yet they troll the Internet looking for religious blogs/websites/youtube channels, etc. just to mock and proudly declare their atheism.

Every group has it's extremists.
I am Atheist. I don't believe in god, and I am nothing like the people you speak of.
Many people do and more power to them. Anyone can believe what they like. It's their beliefs.
I just want to go about my life and let everyone else go about theirs. Unfortunately that is not how the world works. It has never worked that way and never will.
The only time I take issue is when people feel they need to convert/convince me or want to somehow look down on me because of those idiots extremists.

I suspect that Walker did this on purpose to get sympathy and support from the religious right. Reagan was good at invoking God at times when it suited him. Funny how Reagan like Obama never officially joined a Church in DC. Reagan claimed that going to church on Sunday was too much of a distraction. Look it up. Reagan did not regularly go to a church in DC when he was president.

I feel bad for you. Usually the only way you can know someone is an atheist is if they get in your face about it, and that makes the open-minded majority look bad.

I checked out an Atheist group in BR cause I thought it might be cool to meet some like minded people. That was a mistake.
