As do I, as I am married (to a woman ), have a young son, and plan on having more. But to say "my bloodline will outlive yours" reeks of the self-infatuation that you accuse me of.

Do you think that if gay people were to remain single their entire lives, or were to marry women and have children in loveless marriages, that either of these options would be more beneficial to society than if they were allowed into happy gay relationships? You seem to be under the impression that an individual's only value to society is determined by how many offspring they produce. This obviously conflicts with the many examples we can find to the contrary. How do you reconcile these opposing views?
