I checked Senate Majority PAC’s FEC filings.
Abdul El-Sayed says he wants to “get money out of politics.” Schumer’s super PAC is putting $30 million behind him after receiving $61 million from a dark-money nonprofit that hides its donors, $9 million from Soros’s Democracy PAC, $9 million from Fred Eychaner, and millions more from other billionaires.
Don’t lecture anyone about money in politics while a $61 million black box and a roster of billionaires are spending $30 million to put you in the Senate.
