fricking based.

The city of San Fran is saving lives. Alcoholics have to have alcohol or they'll possibly have a grand meal seizure and die. It looks like they also are making sure the heroin addicts get pure heroin and not shite laced with fentynal, thus saving more lives.

And weed is legal in California.

If they are getting illegal drugs for them as well it would be interesting...

Who is going to pay for all the damage done to hotel rooms by these homeless people?

So these hobos are smoking weed and cigs in the room? That would cost me like $500 additional cleaning charge. Oh wait, the smoke smell will be the least of the worries after they evict them
