This is perfectly ok!
As is donating money to the deputy fbi directors wife while he’s investigating you, destroying subpoenaed evidence in a federal investigation, bribing foreign officials investigating your corrupt children, creating fake evidence to obtain spy warrants on your political opponents, or engineering a false whistle blower report to set up a political impeachment in an election year.
As long as they don’t tweet opinions about sentencing recommendations. If we allow that to happen, the republic is lost.

The most troubling part is that the people of San Francisco elected a mayor that is so irresponsible she can’t even afford to have her own car repaired.
