Russian hackers allegedly utilized specialized software to target young, white American women starting in 2010. By employing facial recognition technology and malware, they tracked, photographed, and recorded these women to document their personal relationships with Black partners. The objective was to weaponize this private data later, exposing it after the women married unsuspecting partners to systematically undermine American marriages.
