Except Clapper never said that. He did say that he hadn't seen any evidence of collusion. Who knows what's been discovered since he's been out of office

That statement cannot conclusively be made without surveillance so which is it? We know he was hacked and we know illegal Trump Tower phone transcripts were leaked.
And were they spying on the new potus after Clapper was out? Even worse.

"Spying"? The FBI certainly has continued to investigate the Trump campaign since his inauguration. We have no idea if that investigation includes a warrant for surveillance against a member of the Trump campaign. If so that's a huge problem for Trump.

Yeah about a week before the election. Not sure exactly when I was freed from jail. Noticed about a week ago or so I could log in again. Trying to be a kinder and gentler poster for now. Really busy time of the year for me at the gig but I'll return again for the usual entertainment soon enough.
