re: RFK: Trump took a million dollar donation from Pfizer so he wouldn't be on vax commission

No, but he’s going to steal anti-vax votes away from Trump if he’s the republican nominee
Iirc Trump never had a plan to force people to take it. His goal was to get one done to quiet the calls for one, show how fast it could be done without all the govt rules, and let people decide if they want it, while making it easy to get. Not sure why anti-vaxxers on the Right would hold any of this against him, unless they are just searching for something to add to other things.
Now the anti-vaxxers on the left can find him a lot more intriguing than Biden.

His argument is about all vaccines, not the covid vaccine.
None of the vaccines on the childhood schedule were subjected to placebo controlled trials prior to licensure, and conveniently, it’s “unethical” to conduct such a trial after licensure. In the trials, they always use another vaccine or the adjuvant cocktail without the antigen as the control, so you never really tease out a causal relationship. The trials also only last a few days, which is absurd and cannot detect adverse events that take a while to develop. Further, everyone agrees VAERS sucks. But it sucks because, as a CDC commissioned study found, only about 1% of all injuries are reported because it relies on cumbersome voluntary reporting that nobody has an incentive to actually do. If VAERS sucks, and it is the CDC’s primary post marketing safety system, then what does that say about the CDC’s commitment to vaccine safety? So when people like you point to lack of evidence, you’re relying on a deliberately manufactured epistemological gap in knowledge about vaccine safety.

Well I told you RFK Jr’s stance - you got up in arms about that and wanted me, the non-expert to back up his claim.
Go back and read your posts. It's never RFK says...it's you saying things are common, rare, and obvious.

Huh?
Look I don’t know. Maybe I’m reading your posts wrong. I don’t know nearly enough about this stuff to actually have a conversation about it. I was just trying to say that RFK Jr is adamant about vaccine safety and it’s because he believes that a vaccine injured him.
I’m sorry if I came off as an arse. I figured you were a typical “trust the experts” type of person who wants to monopolize the conversation.

And even with all of that, more reports have been made to VAERS on the Covid vaccines than all the other vaccines combined.

Yeah. You figured correctly.

What does any of that have to do with the conversation I'm having. RFK Jr was diagnosed in the 90s.

I didn’t address you in the post. Do you know how forums work?

Reasons for Trump: Trump economy. Trump foreign policy.
I don't give a flying frick about any of the rest of this semantic bullshite and neither do voters. Y'all can spend the rest of the primaries shaking your fists at the sky, losing sleep, being furious at things, etc. Nothing will change. Ron isn't getting the Nom. He's not. And you all know he's not.
Get on the Trump bus and lets get Biden out of the Oval.

No you didn't. The guy you addressed decided to educate me on the covid vaccine.
You gave me these jewels.

You're both stuck on the Covid vaccine, so I found the perfect post to address both of you.

This is what you said on page 1:
So I just posted the first study I found. I’m not an expert. I’m sorry I gave you that perception.

Dude I don't want to hear what RFK Jr says. Tell em how a "common" side effect of something millions take creates a "rare" neurological disorder. Link please.

The point is that we really have no idea how common or rare spasmodic dysphonia following vaccination is because the people who are supposed to ensure risks like that are known are instead owned and controlled by the industry they’re supposed to regulate. A culture of intimidation, power, and silence dominates biomedical research, and it has to end.
RFK’s belief about this particular issue might or might not be right, but the hypothesis is not absurd. The Overton window has shifted. He’s at 20ish percent and growing. We comin.

Industry capture is an axiomatic truth.

Oh, it's definitely shifting. Look at the psychos wanting to change the definition of gender. And then there is this. Rational people are an endangered species.
