Results of a 7-6 Supreme Court? (Or 8-5 with Roberts)

What are some near givens that would be upheld when and if the Left has the majority on the Court?
2nd A: I’m sure they will uphold legislation supporting a retroactive criminalization of high capacity firearms and accessories. Will support high firearms and Ammo taxes thus making it hard for the common man to own a gun .
1st A: Hate crime legislation upheld? Jailing of conservatives and evangelicals?
Help me out here....

No decision that had any legitimacy would come out of that court. People and states would just ignore it.

I’m looking for some plausible scenarios?

I used to think "liberals are destroying America" was just hyperbole.
Now it's screaming at me... how could I have been so naive? They really are out to destroy the country in favor of their own interests

Conservative views will be criminalized as hate speech
The Fairness Doctrine will return, destroying conservative talk radio
Companies will be required to have black, woman, f@g, tranny board members (CA is already considering this; they may have passed it)
Obama's Section 8-ing of suburban America is being expedited now, this will be rubberstamped by a 13 member SC
etc...

I agree, but I really made the thread to get some of the posters to discuss what are some really bad things that can result from this planned packing.
Impact on Freedom of speech, assembly, religion, 2nd A, etc
Is it as big as we feel like it is or are we blowing it out of proportion ?

This is what I’m talking about.
What about 2nd A? Were my OP thoughts in the right ballpark?

I'm guessing you watch a lot of mainstream media.

The goalposts keep shifting
They won’t pack the court...
They won’t take our guns...
We won’t listen to them...
It’s happening. We keep moving the line in the sand because we don’t want to wake up and smell the roses, or in this case smell the shite.

Yep, we’ve passed the point of remedy the founders spoke about in the DOI. Sadly, we (or enough of us) won’t fight back until the economy has crashed because we’re too comfortable.

Just like there are states that are passing laws to ignore Dementia Joe's executive orders, I believe that there will be states that pass laws to ignore any ruling that comes from such a politicized, biased, and FRAUDULENT Supreme Court.
Will gun manufacturers relocate to those states?
Perhaps.
Will the citizens just give up their rights and recognize these fraudulent decisions coming from the politicized FILTH that would comprise this FRAUDULENT court?
No. The bloodshed caused by judicially eliminating the Second Amendment would be immense. And, YES, I think many states would stand up to a politically packed Supreme Court on that issue and many others.

it has been said there are many hot button issues Roberts has put on the back burner.
he has most likely been instructed to wait for Obama and the radical black judges coming soon.

Our 1A, which is the only true free speech right in the world, will turn into the UKs version.
quote:
“may be subject to formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society”.
quote:
“threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour that causes, or is likely to cause, another person harassment, alarm or distress”. This law has been revised over the years to include language that is deemed to incite “racial and religious hatred”, as well as “hatred on the grounds of sexual orientation” and language that “encourages terrorism”.
