Have you read Heller. If you did you would know that it allows states to ban certain types of guns. Yet Kagan, Sotomayor, Ginsburg and Breyer voted against it and have tried to get it overturned ever since.
Tell me -- in light of the exact language of Heller (which I disagree with by the way), what possible justification could these politicized pieces of pure f*cking filth have dissented if not for allowing D.C. (and all other governmental entities) to institute full gun bans?

I would be for an assault weapons ban if it meant I could conceal carry a hand gun in all 50 states without a permit.

South Carolina just started honoring Georgia’s CC permit. Was kinda silly for a while there.
