He did well and I appreciate the statement of not being in the business of nation building.

Regarding this issue, I wouldn't know - my views are as they have always been. I abhor war at all costs, but if you're going to wage it, you should wage it by the enemies rules.
War should be the most violent, inhumane act a human engages in. It should be so violent, without restriction that it is too abhorrent and repulsive to even consider. Civilized rules of engagement removes that stigma, justifying its continuation. Those rules are placed to make war easy to wage - making it humane.
Trump just explained he is removing those restrictions. War should never be waged for any reason other than to win and it should never be humane.
When man makes war too inhumane to wage, we may start looking at alternative solutions.
