This is a MISLEADING statistics....40% of all households, including many in the middle class, paid zero in federal income taxes.
Dang it hail. You ruined the punchline!!

You showed your a$$ with another stupid emoji response. Did you read chapter 4 of Trump's great again book? Trump has increased military spending nearly $200 billion. He has John Bolton advising him who wants to bomb NoKo and Iran. The most reasonable guy in the group is Pompeo - God help us all.

I started at a minimum of $50,000 in income. Where would you like me to start?
a) there are 0 non-income tax payers.
b) there aren't lots of households that are nearly at the 0 income tax level.

Now you pop up with having an LLM in taxation. Did you get that before or after you were a local-yokel prosecutor? Before or after you were a DUI lawyer? Before or after you clerked for a Federal judge? What a joke.

Why do the upper class taxpayers get a 3.0% reduction in the taxes they will pay, while the middle class taxpayers get a 2.0% reduction?

Yikes. You do.
Is 'yikes you do" your answer? Typical B.S. say-nothing answer from you. Why don't you answer the simple question?

What level of income do you want me to start at? I'm not going to plug something in, just to have you change the number because you don't like the result.

Clerked for fed judge first. Then prosecuted. Then LLM. Then private practice. Then started my first business. Continued practice. Then started the next two businesses. Continued practice. Then didn’t have to practice anymore. Any other questions? I find it funny you question an actual lawyer while you play pretend online.
That isn’t a very strange progression for a lawyer. I’m flattered you are impressed by my resume.
Now. Back to the tax questions. What are your thoughts on 199A?
Btw. I’ve been a member since I was in law school. You can track my posts from then till now. Either I’m playing the long con...or I am what I say I am. Not like you. Loser.

Lol. You're a lawyer? Jesus Christ. That's fricking hilarious. You can't even win an argument on a message board.

You come up with another credential for every subject. Your credentials are as FOS as you are.

Now back to the original question I asked and you conveniently didn't answer.

As I said...I’ve been here for a long time. I’ve talked about my credentials every step of the way. If you want to know them all. JD, LL.M, MBA, MSF.
You pretend to be a jd. that is sad. The easiest of all my degrees. You do claim to be a lawyer, right?
