Real Question About Bernie Sanders - While not 1%, He is 5%

Bernie Sanders rails about the wealthy. About wealth distribution, etc. But he is among the top 5% of wealthy Americans. How is he anything but hypocritical?
I'm looking for a legitimate answer, not just Sanders-bashing.

I believe he use to rail against millionaires. But that ended when he became one. Therefore, billionaires need to just wait till he becomes one of them than it will become a rage against trillionaires.
