I like your idea but Democrats would never agree to it.
They want to force you to pay for all their government programs.
Democrats and their ideas are built on subjugation and control, not choice or freedom.

I think people who believe in affirmative action and diversity quotas, if they’re white, should have to voluntarily give up their job / place in a university for a minority.

That's the beauty of it. They get to keep their spot and then pull the ladder up from behind them. That's why legacy ivy leaguers love affirmative action. weakens the competition for their kids.
