Question about private businesses

I notice that when a private business is forced to bake a cake for a gay wedding, many on the right lose their minds claiming that a private business should be able to accept or refuse business from whomever they want (and for the most part I agree).
Yet, when a private business requires customers to wear a mask during a pandemic, they are suddenly fascist/Nazis/ communist etc.
So which is it?
And for the record, o hate wearing masks but I’m not gonna be an a-hole and make a stink about it when I need groceries.

Where are you seeing this narrative?

Can you link to the conservative groups launching lawsuits to shut down private businesses that require masks? Thanks in advance.

I do see a lot
Of conservative posting videos harassing store employees just trying to make a living all over a stupid mask.

Private businesses “requiring” masks is usually the result of government edicts. The frustration should not be with the store.

Some people posting videos is equal to lawsuits forcing businesses to bend their knee to the prog turd gods?

I agree. Yet I see many examples of assholes harassing poor store workers over the very minor inconvenience of wearing a mask.

Simple logic failure (as always with the left).
The right doesn’t want he government to force a business to violate its religious beliefs.
The right IS NOT calling for the government to shut down businesses that require masks.

Please link to these many examples. Also please link to conservative groups suing to shut down private businesses for requiring masks.

I haven't seen much of this, but did see some whiny bitch complain the other day about the old lady at Walmart wanting to check his receipt.
Nobody is forcing me to go to Costco, but I abide by their requirement to wear a mask because I like shopping there.

How do you know they're conservative? I've seen videos of people from all walks of life engaging in various forms of protest or disobedience of stay at home orders.
But if a private business wants to require masks to go in their store, that's their decision. I'm not going to make a big stink about it. But there's a good chance they won't get my business if I can go buy the same product at a nearby competitor who isn't going to make me wear a mask to go to the store. Same thing with the stores that are still restricting to curbside pickup only when other stores are allowing customers inside. Store is within their right to do it, but it may mean that some customers choose to shop elsewhere because of it.

Correct. Even assuming any credence at all to his made up narrative, he’s still equating one group getting pissy at a business not doing what they want to one wanting to use the forces of government to get it done.
