We have two things that prevent Russia,China or NoKos from even dreaming of succeeding in your scenario.
A competent Navy and Airforce.
Russia could not provide assets even if they wanted to. NoKo would have to rent a ship and then when it sinks in the middle of the Pacific lil Kim will eliminate some general. China wouldn't bother if they wanted their supply of secure oil which we underwrite
