They are Feds or a Military unit, 100%! You don’t see racist that fit, it just doesn’t happen in nature

Seeing the mannerisms of the guy talking about the gum, I am 100% positive he is current or former federal law enforcement. I know those people. I have always suspected it. Im.sure of it now
