They make that bridge a toll bridge and it's gonna increase traffic ten fold on the 210 loop. Trucks ain't gonna pay tolls. I already go around the loop and my mom lives in N. Sulphur so it's actually shorter for me to go I-10, but I don't mind going around the loop just so I'm not stuck in some traffic due to a wreck on the I-10 bridge.

Exactly. 2-10 will essentially become the new I-10 with increased traffic and wear and tear on the 2-10 bridge. We may be discussing rebuilding that one soon too.
Can they instead put the toll on 2-10 to pay for a general bridge fund?
