The document is this one guys opinion of what the proposed research by EcoHealth Alliance means. He’s probably right about most of it but it’s not any new revelation. We know the US funded GoF research in Wuhan and created the virus.
The other stuff is his speculation about the evolution of the virus and vaccines.
It just further evidence that people in government knew that we likely created this thing in a lab from the beginning and covered it up.

FFS, they did a segment featuring and interviewing Coach O and just did a segment on “The Gridiron’s Loneliest” a Sunday night segment on NFL kicker’s.
But Project Veritas that has been authenticated and vindicated time and time again, to the point of actual vindication through the US judicial system doesn’t meet your stringent moral fiber.

This exchange is a good example of what I am saying. You seem to be making assumptions about what I believe based upon limited data points. Your assumptions are reasonable, but they are also wrong. There is more than one type of person that would express the views I have here. Technically fauci isnt lying about GOF, but only because its not lethal enough! I think meeds to be 10% lethal or something to be GOF per the definition. Is a video out there of Sen Cassidy questioning fauci that shows this.

Comical considering the Project Veritas was quoted in Congress yesterday by Senators as well as Fauci himself. The authenticity was not questioned, only Fauci challenged the accuracy of items addressing himself.
