In terms of actual debate points, Biden did win the debate. Speaking loudly over your opponent and goofing the stage (Trump strategy) does not win a true debate.

It’s now awesome to skip debates you don’t think help you personally. Biden is like Trump in that way. A debate will only hurt Biden. He will likely skip them for the same reason.
